Goods returned. These provisions apply in the event that you return any Goods to us for any reason: 13.1. We do not accept returns unless there was a defect in the Goods at the time of purchase (and reported to us within 30 days of becoming apparent), or we have agreed in correspondence that you may return them. Before you return Goods to us, please carefully re-read the Care Instructions on Our Website and check that you have followed these instructions. 13.3. In returning faulty Goods please enclose with it a note clearly stating the fault and when it arises or arose. 13.6. If we agree that the Goods are faulty, we will: 13.6.1 refund the cost of return carriage; 13.6.2 repair or replace the Goods as we choose. 13.7. Upon receiving and reviewing the returned Goods, if the Goods are not found to be defective by us‚ you will not be entitled to any repair‚ replacement or refund and will be liable for the costs incurred in having such Goods returned to us and delivered back to you. Defects or damages resulting from negligence, normal wear and tear, and incorrect usage of the Goods (not following the Care Instructions stated in section 13.2 and on Our Website), will not be regarded as defective. 13.8. The following may not be returned: 13.8.1 Non-defective products that have been custom-made or made to order. For example, personalised Goods, Goods made to the instruction of a customer (according to a customer design or specification), Goods that are no longer in stock‚ Goods that have been discontinued or Goods that aren′t available in certain metal‚ gem type‚ gem size or style size. 13.8.2 For hygiene reasons‚ non-defective earrings may be not be returned. 13.8.3 Goods incorrectly purchased off Our Website through your error, are not liable for return or refund.

13.614.6. Most of the Goods are chilled perishable goods with clear packed by date and sell (use) by date on the individual packaging. Goods should be frozen on the sell (use) by date if not consumed immediately. Ambient Goods can also be frozen if not consumed immediately. We cannot take responsibility for the efficiency of your cold chain where you do not consume products immediately of before the use by date.
14.7. If we agree that the Goods are faulty, we will:
13.6.1 14.7.1 refund the cost of return carriage;
13.6.2 14.7.2 repair or replace the Goods as we choose.
13.7.
