Common use of Good Title to Properties Clause in Contracts

Good Title to Properties. Borrower has good and marketable title to, or a valid leasehold interest in, its property and assets, subject to no liens, mortgages, pledges, encumbrances, or charges of any kind, except those permitted under the provisions of Section 7.2 of this Agreement.
