Good Reason; Window Period. The Officer's employment may be terminated (i) during the Employment Period by the Officer for Good Reason or (ii) during the Window Period by the Officer without any reason. For purposes of this Agreement, "Window Period" shall mean the 30-day period immediately following the Effective Date. For purposes of this Agreement, any termination by the Officer during the Window Period shall be deemed a termination by the Officer for Good Reason and, in addition, "Good Reason" shall mean:
