Good Mining Practices. Lessee shall conduct exploration and mining operations on the Leased Premises in accordance with standard industry operating practices, and shall avoid waste of economically recoverable leased substances. Lessee shall comply with all regulations and directives of the Mine Safety and Health Administration or successor agencies for the health and safety of employees and workers. Leased substances shall be mined from this Lease by underground methods only.
