Good Faith Information Submittal. If the low bidder's required DBE information indicates that the DBE contract goals will be met, the contract will proceed toward award and the low bidder need not submit any further DBE information. Good faith documentation must be submitted within two working days of the bid opening. Example: if bids are opened on Wednesday at 2 p.m., the good faith documentation must be at KDOT Office of Civil Rights before 5 p.m. on Friday.
