Good Faith Cooperation; Further Assurances. Each of the Loan Parties hereby agrees to execute and deliver from time to time such other documents and take such other actions as may be reasonably necessary in order to effectuate the terms hereof. The Parties shall cooperate with each other and with their respective counsel in good faith in connection with any steps required to be taken as part of their respective obligations under this Agreement.
