Common use of Good Faith Cooperation; Further Assurances Clause in Contracts

Good Faith Cooperation; Further Assurances. The Parties agree to execute and deliver from time to time such other documents and take such other actions as may be reasonably necessary, without payment of further consideration (subject to Section 5(a)(vii)), in order to effectuate the Forbearance. The Parties shall cooperate with each other and with their respective counsel in good faith in connection with any steps required to be taken as part of their respective obligations under this Agreement.
