GOCO CONTRACTS. With respect to future contract work on a government owned contractor operated (“GOCO”) facility, Integrated Systems will, in advance of beginning substantial contract performance, prepare a facility plan that will identify attendant risks associated with the performance of such activities and will conduct appropriate training for all personnel working on such a contract. For future contract work at GOCO facilities that involves information technology administration, Integrated Systems will, in advance of beginning substantial contract performance, deliver the facility plan to the Air Force and to the contracting agency, along with annual reports on the progress against the plan, adequacy of the plan, and any changes to the plan to reflect new or changed risks learned during performance.
