Go-Live Support Sample Clauses

The Go-Live Support clause outlines the assistance and resources that a service provider will offer to a client during the initial launch or deployment phase of a new system or software. Typically, this support includes on-site or remote technical help, troubleshooting, and guidance to ensure a smooth transition from testing to full operational use. By specifying the scope and duration of support, this clause helps ensure that any issues encountered during go-live are promptly addressed, minimizing disruption and facilitating a successful implementation.
