GMP|GENETICS OBLIGATIONS. GMP|Genetics shall maintain in strict confidence all Myriad Confidential Information and the Evaluation data and results to the same extent and in the same manner GMP|Genetics maintains its own confidential information and shall not use Myriad Confidential Information received from Myriad during the term of this Agreement, except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement.
