Common use of Global Note Clause in Contracts

Global Note. If specified in the related Indenture Supplement for any Series, Notes may be initially issued in the form of a single temporary Global Note (the "GLOBAL NOTE") in bearer form, without interest coupons, in the denomination of the initial principal amount and substantially in the form attached to the related Indenture Supplement. Unless otherwise specified in the related Indenture Supplement, the provisions of this SECTION 2.15 shall apply to such Global Note. The Global Note will be authenticated by Indenture Trustee upon the same conditions, in substantially the same manner and with the same effect as the Definitive Notes. The Global Note may be exchanged in the manner described in the related Indenture Supplement for Registered Notes or Bearer Notes in definitive form. Except as otherwise specifically provided in the Indenture Supplement, any Notes that are issued in bearer form pursuant to this Indenture shall be issued in accordance with the requirements of Code section 163(f)(2).

Global Note. If specified in the related Indenture Supplement for any SeriesSeries or Class, the Notes may for such Series or Class will initially be initially issued in the form of a single temporary Global global Note (the "GLOBAL NOTE") in bearer form, without interest coupons, in the denomination of the initial entire aggregate principal amount of such Series or Class and substantially in the form set forth in the exhibit with respect thereto attached to the related Indenture Supplement. Unless otherwise specified in the related Indenture Supplement, the provisions of this SECTION 2.15 shall apply to such Global Note. The Global Note will be executed by the Issuer and authenticated by the Indenture Trustee at the written direction of the Issuer upon the same conditions, in substantially the same manner and with the same effect as the Definitive Notes. The Global Note may be exchanged for Bearer or Registered Notes in the manner described definitive form, as provided in the related Indenture Supplement for Registered Notes or Bearer Notes in definitive formSupplement. Except as otherwise specifically provided in the Indenture Supplement, any Notes that are issued in bearer form pursuant to this Indenture shall be issued in accordance with the requirements of Code section Section 163(f)(2).
