Global Legends Sample Clauses

Global Legends. The Issuer and the Trustee acknowledge and agree that: (a) the Global Bond legend, as contemplated by Section 3.4 of the Master Indenture, on any Book-Entry Only Note is to be as set out, if at all, on the form of Book-Entry Only Note attached hereto as Schedule A or in such other form or forms as may, from time to time, be approved by the Issuer and attached to the Information Memorandum; and (b) beneficial interests in any Book-Entry Only Note are to be represented through book-entry accounts, established and maintained by CDS for financial institutions acting on behalf of Beneficial Owners as direct and indirect participants in CDS.
