(1) The terms “include,” “includes,” and “including” are terms of inclusion, and where used in this Agreement, are deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation.” (2) Any references to “sections,” “appendices,” or “attachments” are deemed to be references to sections, appendices, or attachments to this Agreement. (3) Any references to agreements, contracts, statutes, or administrative rules or regulations in this Agreement are deemed references to these documents as amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time during the term of this Agreement.
