Global Capital Security. (a) Any Global Capital Security issued under this Declaration of Trust shall be registered in the name of Cede & Co. ("Cede") as nominee of the Clearing Agency and delivered to its custodian therefor, and such Global Capital Security shall constitute a single Capital Security for all purposes of this Declaration of Trust.
