Global Capital Security. (a) Any Global Capital Security issued under this Trust Agreement shall be registered in the name of the nominee of the Clearing Agency and delivered to such custodian therefor, and such Global Capital Security shall constitute a single Capital Security for all purposes of this Trust Agreement.
