Global Capital Securities. (a) The Global Capital Security issued under this Trust Agreement shall be registered in the name of Cede & Co., as the nominee of the Clearing Agency and delivered to such custodian therefor, and such Global Capital Security shall constitute a single Capital Security for all purposes of this Trust Agreement, and it shall initially bear a Restricted Capital Securities Legend.
