Common use of Giving of Requests Clause in Contracts

Giving of Requests. (a) The Borrower may borrow each Loan by giving to the Facility Agent a duly completed Request in respect of a Drawing under that Loan. (b) Unless the Facility Agent otherwise agrees, the latest time for receipt by the Facility Agent of a duly completed Request is 12:00 noon (New York time) four (4) Business Days prior to the proposed date for the borrowing. (c) Each Request is irrevocable.

Giving of Requests. (a) The Borrower may borrow each a Loan by giving to the Facility Agent a duly completed Request in respect of a Drawing under that LoanRequest. (b) Unless the Facility Agent otherwise agrees, the latest time for receipt by the Facility Agent of a duly completed Request is 12:00 noon 11.00 a.m. (New York time) four (4) Business Days prior to the date of the proposed date for the borrowing. (c) Each Request is irrevocable. (d) A Request for a Rollover Loan will not be required.

(b) Unless the Facility Agent otherwise agrees, the latest time for receipt by the Facility Agent of a duly completed Request is 12:00 noon (New York time) four (4) 11.00 a.m. three Business Days prior to (or such shorter period as may be agreed by the Facility Agent but in any event not less than two Business Days) before the Quotation Day for the proposed date for the borrowing. (c) Each Request is irrevocable.

(b) Unless the Facility Agent otherwise agreesagrees acting on the instructions of the Majority Lenders, the latest time for receipt by the Facility Agent of a duly completed Request is 12:00 noon (New York time) four (4) 11.00 a.m. not more than seven and not less than five Business Days prior to the date of the proposed date for borrowing (or such shorter period as the borrowingFacility Agent shall agree). (c) Each Request is irrevocable.

(c) Each Request is irrevocable.

(c) Each Request is irrevocable.
