Common use of Give Receipts Clause in Contracts

Give Receipts. receive all payments (including but not limited to ------------- Debts) and give receipts for all monies and other assets which may come into the hands of the Receiver, which receipts shall exonerate any person paying or handing over such monies or other assets from all liability to see to the application thereof and from all liability to enquire whether the Secured Indebtedness has become due or payable or otherwise as to the propriety or regularity of the appointment of any Receiver;
