GIC Sample Clauses
GIC. For avoidance of doubt, notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, this Agreement shall not be binding on, or restrict the activities of, or applicable to, any Affiliate of GIC that primarily engages in investment and trading in the secondary securities market unless such GIC entity becomes an Affiliate of GIC as defined under this Agreement.
