Common use of GFE Indemnification of Heron Clause in Contracts

GFE Indemnification of Heron. GFE shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Heron against: (i) all losses, claims, damages, costs, expenses, liabilities or judgments or amounts that are paid in settlement of or in connection with any claim, action, suit, proceeding or investigation to the extent the same is caused in whole or in part by GFE, (ii) or, on account of a breach of GFE’s obligations hereunder.
