Geologist/Engineer Clause Samples

The Geologist/Engineer clause designates a specific individual or party responsible for providing technical expertise and oversight in geological or engineering matters related to the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the qualifications required for the role, the scope of their authority, and the procedures for appointing or replacing the Geologist or Engineer. By clearly identifying who holds this responsibility, the clause ensures that technical decisions are made by qualified professionals, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and ensuring that operations are conducted according to industry standards.
