Geolocation Sample Clauses

The Geolocation clause defines the rules and permissions regarding the collection, use, and sharing of location data from users or devices. Typically, this clause specifies whether geolocation data can be accessed, under what circumstances, and how it will be protected or disclosed to third parties. For example, it may require user consent before tracking location or limit the use of such data to specific purposes like service improvement or security. Its core function is to ensure transparency and compliance with privacy expectations or legal requirements related to location-based information.
Geolocation. If you use any location-based feature (such as our automated teller machine or branch locator), you agree that your geographic location and other personal information (such as your unique device identifier) may be accessed and disclosed through the Service. You may turn off location-based features at any time to the extent permitted through the settings of your mobile device, which may result in your inability to use functionality with location-based and related information.
Geolocation. Geolocation shall be verified by using the subscriber simulator to initiate a service request. During the service request process it will be demonstrated that a radio determination of location is accomplished by the gateway simulator for use in handover assistance. During this test the capability to deny service based on geographical location will also be demonstrated.
Geolocation. ‌ In the standard file only one geolocation is reported for each scan, namely the latitude and longitude corresponding to the Line Of Sight (LOS) tangent point closest to the scan mean time. In the extended file, instead, geographical coordinates relative to all tangent points contained in the retrieval grid are also provided. In addition, the orbital coordinate is provided according to the technical note[11]: as for the geographical coordinates, only one value for each scan (corresponding to the tangent point closest to scan mean time) is reported in the standard file and also the whole profile in the extended one.
Geolocation. When the surveyor is in the parcel, the first step is to pinpoint its current geographical position in the field as shown in Figure 20. The application will automatically use the coordinates given by the smart device. <.. image(Une image contenant texte Description générée automatiquement) removed ..>

Geolocation. 10.3.5 Geolocation data and 10.
Geolocation. Geolocation data and 10.3.6 Matching Paths and objects to locations are both concerned with exploiting location data in the metadata. Processing work already carried out on the Europeana data set suggests that this is rarely present although the potential is such that the issue will be re-examined for the second prototype.
Geolocation. ‌ As this deliverable is written, several options are investigated to implement geolocation. One of those is to add the geolocation of the software which delivers the situational report (as this code shall run exclusively in trusted platform).

Such geolocation practices/technology shall be subject to MGM’s approval and shall include industry-standard IP address look-up practices and technology that are designed to restrict each transmission of any Licensed Program to an Authorized Internet Device located within the Territory. Without limitation of the foregoing, with respect to each requested transmission of any Licensed Program via Internet Streaming Delivery, Licensee shall perform an IP address check utilizing IP address look-up tables (updated weekly) and shall use reasonable efforts to screen for and block IP addresses provided by proxies, anonymizing services, hosting services or VPNs that are commonly used to circumvent geolocation restrictions. Licensee shall perform such IP address check at the beginning of each transmission of a Licensed Program. In addition, if the following feature is commercially available on reasonable terms, within a reasonable period of time after such availability, Licensee shall make reasonable efforts to also perform such IP address check at multiple times during a viewing session.
