GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITS. Day field trips are limited to the Cape Town area (generally within an hour’s radius of the school). The administration and faculty agree that the goals of the school’s field trip program can be met without traveling great distances or incurring great expenses. Overnight field trips may be planned and developed as integral parts of the year’s programs for upper grades. Trips involving school days may also include weekend days.
