Common use of Geographic Assignment Clause in Contracts

Geographic Assignment. The geographic boundary for work by Contractor’s crews shall be only as directed by County and will be limited to properties located within the County’s jurisdictional boundaries. Collection activities shall be monitored and crews shall be responsible for providing detailed information of collection locations as requested.
