Genzyme Technology. Except as expressly set forth in this Section 15 (Intellectual Property Ownership, Protection and Related Matters), Genzyme shall have the sole and exclusive right, but not the obligation, to prosecute, maintain (or abandon), defend and enforce Genzyme Technology, Genzyme Collaboration Technology, Genzyme HD Sequence Technology, Genzyme PD Technology and the Genzyme [***] Process, in its sole discretion.
