Common use of GENOMIC DATA Clause in Contracts

GENOMIC DATA. 5.1. You are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of the genomic data You provide to Us (“Genomic Data”). You must provide all Genomic Data for use in the Services by means of the upload services supported by BlueBee (e.g. the BlueBee Service Connector, the BlueBee API, …). 5.2. You warrant that the Genomic Data is provided in accordance with all provisions of applicable law and regulations, including any laws and regulations in relation to the processing of personal data. Furthermore, you warrant that the provision of Services in relation to the Genomic Data, as agreed between us, does not violate any provision of applicable law and regulation.
