GENERIC MEDICINES Sample Clauses

The 'Generic Medicines' clause defines the terms under which generic versions of a pharmaceutical product may be used, supplied, or substituted within the scope of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines whether and when a party can switch from a branded drug to a generic equivalent, and may specify requirements for quality, regulatory approval, or notification. Its core function is to clarify the rights and obligations regarding the use of generics, thereby managing cost, ensuring compliance with regulations, and preventing disputes over product substitution.
