GENERATOR ROOM Clause Samples

The 'Generator room' clause defines the requirements and conditions related to the space designated for housing a generator within a building or facility. For example, it may require the generator room to be easily accessible for maintenance, isolated from occupied areas, and equipped with fire suppression systems. The core function of this clause is to ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of backup power systems, thereby minimizing risks associated with generator use and maintenance.
