Generator Responsibilities. Party B is authorized to operate the Party A’s generation resources in all events, including, but not limited to, in the event of Emergencies, and shall operate such resources in a manner that is consistent with the standards, requirements or directions of PJM and that will permit PJM to perform its obligations under the Operating Agreement, Tariff, RAA, and other applicable agreements, manuals, and practices. _____ _____ Party B is authorized to ensure that the required portion of Party A’s Capacity Resources have the ability to go from a shutdown condition to an operating condition and start delivering power without assistance from the power system.
