Common use of Generator Interconnection Facilities Clause in Contracts

Generator Interconnection Facilities. GIF include the following: a) The facilities listed below are necessary to complete the temporary and permanent Points of Interconnection: i) the Substation and all facilities within it, except for those facilities identified as being owned by TSP in Section 6 above and Section 8 below ii) communication facilities described in Section 9a below iii) the 138 kV transmission line, including structures, conductors, insulators and connecting hardware, from the Substation to the Station
