Generating Facility Capacity. The net capacity of the Generating Facility and the aggregate net capacity of the Generating Facility where it includes multiple Electric Generating Units. Generator Interconnection Agreement (GIA) – Either the Small Generator Interconnection Agreement (SGIA), which is Attachment F to the Wholesale Distribution Tariff, unless the proposed interconnection is for a generating facility larger than 20 MW, in which case references to interconnection agreement are to the Large Generator Interconnection Agreement (LGIA), which is Attachment H to the Wholesale Distribution Tariff. Generating Facility Capacity. The maximum gross megawatt electrical output at an ambient temperature of 32°C of the Generating Facility and the aggregate maximum gross megawatt electrical output of the Generating Facility at an ambient temperature of 32°C where it includes multiple energy production devices.
Generating Facility Capacity. The Generating Facility shall be a 10 megawatt net nameplate facility. The “Contract Capacity” shall be 10 MW.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Modification of the Small Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner before making any change to the Small Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the prior written authorization of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. If disconnected, the Small Generating Facility will not be reconnected until the unauthorized modifications are authorized or removed.
