Generated Output. Google’s indemnification obligations under the Agreement also apply to allegations that an unmodified Generated Output from a Generative AI Indemnified Service using only Google Pre- Trained Model(s), a Fine-Tuned Google Model, or a Customer Adapter Model used with a Google Pre-Trained Model infringes a third party’s Intellectual Property Rights. This subsection (i) (Generated Output) does not apply if the allegation relates to a Generated Output where: (1) Customer creates or uses such Generated Output that it knew or should have known was likely infringing, (2) Customer (or Google at Customer’s instruction) disregards, disables, or circumvents source citations, filters, instructions, or other tools Google makes available to help Customer create or use Generated Output responsibly, (3) Customer uses such Generated Output after receiving notice of an infringement claim from the rightsholder or its authorized agent, (4) the allegation is based on a trademark-related right as a result of Customer’s use of such Generated Output in trade or commerce, or (5) Customer does not have the necessary rights to the Customer Data used to customize or retrain the Fine-Tuned Google Model or Customer Adapter Model. “Generative AI Indemnified Service” means a Service or feature listed at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/terms/generative-ai-indemnified-services (/terms/generative-ai-indemnified-services), where the use of such Service or feature is paid for by Customer and not subject to credits or free tier usage.
Generated Output. Certain features of the Software permit you to provide prompts, scripts, queries or other input (collectively, “Input”) to the Software in order to receive output generated and returned by the Software based on such Input (“Output”). You agree not to state or suggest that Output was human-generated when it is not. The Software is not intended to be used, and you agree not to use the Software to generate any Output, for: any illegal activity; child sexual abuse material or any content that exploits or ▇▇▇▇▇ children; generation of hateful, harassing, or violent content; generation of viruses or malware; any activity that has high risk of physical harm; any activity that has high risk of economic harm; fraudulent or deceptive activity; adult content, adult industries or dating apps; political campaigning or lobbying; activity that violates people’s privacy; unauthorized practice of law or offering tailored legal advice without a qualified person’s review; offering tailored financial advice; diagnosing a certain health condition, or providing treatment instructions; providing diagnostic or treatment services for serious medical conditions; triaging or managing life-threatening issues that need immediate attention; or high risk decision- making. In addition, you will comply with any third party terms, guidelines, policies or the like to which we link in connection with your generation of Output.
Generated Output. Certain products, offerings or features of the Slite Products may permit you to provide prompts, scripts, data, queries or other input (collectively, “Input”) to the Service in order to receive output generated and returned by the Slite Products based on such Input (“Output”). You agree not to state or suggest that Output was human-generated when it is not. The products and features of the Slite Products that generate such Output is not intended to be used, and you agree not to generate or use any Output, for:
a) any illegal activity;
b) any content that exploits or ▇▇▇▇▇ others;
c) generation of hateful, harassing, or violent content;
d) generation of viruses or malware;
e) any activity that has high risk of physical harm;
f) any activity that has high risk of economic harm;
g) fraudulent or deceptive activity;
h) activity that violates people’s privacy;
i) unauthorized practice of law or offering tailored legal advice without a qualified person’s review;
j) offering tailored financial advice;
k) diagnosing a certain health condition, or providing treatment instructions; providing diagnostic or treatment services for serious medical conditions; triaging or managing life-threatening issues that need immediate attention; or
l) high risk decision-making. In addition, you will comply with any third party terms, guidelines, policies or the like to which we link in connection with your generation of Output.
Generated Output. Client acknowledges and agrees that Protex AI may process Client Data for the purpose of developing and improving Protex AI’s Offering (including the training of its algorithms and models), provided that when doing so Protex AI will:
(a) only use Client Data in a de-identified or aggregated form that does not reveal the identity of any individual or the Confidential Information of Client; and (b) Protex AI shall not disclose any Client Data to other clients. All Intellectual Property Rights in any improvements or models derived from such processing shall belong to Protex AI.
