GENERAL ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇'s execution of this Agreement constitutes Buyer's offer to purchase, on the terms and conditions set forth herein, the equipment described in this agreement, and such offer is irrevocable for thirty (30) days after Buyer executes and delivers to Seller this Agreement together with all necessary engineering data and information. Prices are firm for sixty (60) days after the bid date provided a firm order is received at the factory within that time period and provided approved Submittal Data is received at the factory within forty-five (45) days from the date submittals are forwarded from the factory. In the event firm orders and Submittal Data are not received by Seller within the times set forth above, then price and delivery estimates may change due to changes in the costs of material and labor and/or factory capacity at the time when the firm orders or approved Submittal Data is received by Seller. Seller reserves the right to amend this Sales Agreement if not signed and returned within sixty (60) days from the quotation date. In the event we are unable to ship within estimated period for reasons beyond our control, including a request by the Buyer to defer shipment, the prices are subject to adjustment to those prevailing at the time of shipment, but will not exceed 1½% per month. B. THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT BINDING ON SELLER UNLESS SIGNED ON SELLER'S BEHALF BY AN OFFICER OR MANAGER OF SELLER. C. This Agreement constitutes the entire contract between the parties with respect to said equipment (any prior agreement, representation, covenant or warranty, written or oral, being superseded hereby) and may not be amended or modified except by a written instrument duly executed by both parties, the provisions of any purchase order or other document submitted by or on behalf of Buyer to the contrary notwithstanding. D. All notices hereunder are to be in writing and mailed postage prepaid to the party being notified at the address indicated in this agreement or at such other address as may be designated in writing. E. Remedies provided for herein are cumulative and are in addition to all other remedies as may be available at law or in equity. F. This Agreement is governed by and subject to the laws of the State of Florida and the Buyer by executing this agreement agrees to submit to the Jurisdiction of the State of Florida and the venue for any disputes between the parties will be in the District Court of Volusia County, Florida, or the Federal District Court...

GENERAL ▇. ▇▇. Degree in Earth Sciences‌ In addition to the Common Block of Required Courses listed under Major Programs in Earth Sciences, the following requirements must be completed to qualify for the General ▇.▇▇. degree in Earth Sciences: 1. Eighteen additional credit hours from Earth Sciences courses at 3000 and/or 4000 levels with a minimum of 9 credit hours from courses at 4000 level. Credit hours from Earth Sciences 4310, 4950 and 499A/B cannot be used to fulfill this requirement. 2. Six credit hours from Science Faculty courses numbered 2000 or higher. Credit hours from Earth Sciences courses, courses that are cross-listed with Earth Sciences courses, and the former Physics 2050 are excluded. However, Physics 2820 is permitted. 3. Additional credit hours selected to conform with regulations for the General Degree of Bachelor Science so as to achieve a total of 120 credit hours. Students are encouraged to complete a minor in another department. Students are advised that this is the minimum requirement for the General ▇.▇▇. in Earth Sciences. Many provinces, including Newfoundland and Labrador, have legislation requiring registration of professional geoscientists. A basic requirement for registration is, in most cases, the course equivalent of an Honours ▇.▇▇. degree. Students intending to make a career in Earth Sciences should consider taking the Honours Degree program of courses, regardless of whether honours standing is maintained.

GENERAL ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of Corrective Discussion Discussions with employees regarding conduct or corrective measures will be conducted in private to avoid embarrassment. B. Representational Rights Employees are entitled to request union representation for an investigative meeting which the employee reasonably believes could result in discipline against him/her. If the employee requests union representation and a representative is not immediately available, the Employer will: 1) cancel the meeting, 2) delay the meeting for a reasonable period of time until representation can be secured, or 3) continue the meeting but assure the employee that discipline will not be taken based upon what is said at the meeting.
GENERAL ▇. The rights and obligations of the Buyer and Seller hereunder shall be governed in all respects by the law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. The exclusive forum for adjudication of any disputes shall be the federal or state courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and Buyer/Seller hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts in any proceeding. The United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.
