General Terms/Services Clause Samples
The General Terms/Services clause defines the overarching rules and conditions that govern the provision of services under the agreement. It typically outlines the scope of services, the responsibilities of each party, and any general obligations or standards that apply to all services rendered. For example, it may specify how services are requested, delivered, or modified, and set expectations for performance and communication. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the basic framework for their working relationship, reducing ambiguity and helping to prevent disputes over service expectations.
