General Take Over Procedures. Promptly after the Effective Date, Albpetrol and Contractor shall undertake a transfer of operating responsibilities for the Project Area. This includes, without limitation, the transfer and delivery to Contractor by AKBN, Albpetrol and any of their Affiliates of the following assets, rights, documents and materials located in the Contract Area or at , and used or useful in connection with activities in the Project Area.
