General Subcontracting Provisions. All subcontracts of Contractor for provision of services under this Agreement shall be notified of Contractor’s relationship to City. A. Contractor has legal responsibility for performance of all contract terms including those subcontracted. B. Nothing in this Agreement, or in any subcontract, shall preclude the City from monitoring the EMS activity of any subcontractor.

Contractor has legal responsibility for performance of all Agreement terms including those subcontracted. B. Nothing in the Agreement, or in any Subcontract, shall preclude the Agency from monitoring the EMS activity of any Subcontractor. C. There shall be a section in each subcontract requiring prior approval from the Agency before any subcontract may be modified. D. The Contractor shall assure that the Subcontractors cooperate fully with the Agency. E. In the event discrepancies or disputes arise between this Agreement and the subcontracts, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail in all cases.

General Subcontracting Provisions. All subcontracts of SEMSA for provision of services under this Agreement shall be notified of SEMSA’s relationship to NOR-CAL. A. Unless included in SEMSA’s proposal, a subcontract, which is in excess of fifty- thousand dollars ($50,000), shall have prior written approval of the Ambulance Enforcement Officer. B. SEMSA shall provide, upon request of NOR-CAL, copies of all subcontracts relating to this Agreement entered into by SEMSA. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ has legal responsibility for performance of all contract terms including those subcontracted. D. Nothing in the Agreement, or in any Subcontract, shall preclude NOR-CAL from monitoring the EMS activity of any subcontractor. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ shall assure that any subcontractor cooperate fully with NOR-CAL. F. In the event discrepancies or disputes arise between this Agreement and the subcontracts, the terms of this Agreement will prevail in all cases. G. All subcontractors of SEMSA for provision of services under this agreement shall be legally bound to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement as relates to their provision of said services.
