GENERAL SCOPE STATEMENT. The CONSULTANT shall provide and perform the following services, which shall constitute the GENERAL SCOPE of the BASIC SERVICES under the covenants, terms, and provisions of this SERVICE PROVIDER AGREEMENT. The CONSULTANT shall perform Environmental Consulting Services including, but not limited to: Environmental Impact Surveys and Assessments, Design Mitigation and/or Wetland System or Activities, Prepare Cost Estimates, Obtain Appropriate Permit(s), Implement Mitigation and Restoration Projects, Performance of Permit(s) Monitoring and Reporting Requirements, Permit Modifications, Permit Compliance, Coastal Planning and Engineering, Ecological Inventories and Land Stewardship Plans, Hydrological Studies and Restoration Plans, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) assistance, and other related environmental tasks.

GENERAL SCOPE STATEMENT. The CONSULTANT shall provide and perform the following services, which shall constitute the GENERAL SCOPE of the BASIC SERVICES under the covenants, terms, and provisions of this SERVICE PROVIDER AGREEMENT. Subject to the issuance of a Supplemental Task Authorization by the COUNTY, the CONSULTANT shall provide Miscellaneous Electrical, Controls and/or Instrumentation Design and Consulting Services on an as-needed basis. Tasks to be included, but not limited to, design or consultation services for Electrical Power Systems, Emergency Power Supply Systems, Electrical Motor Control Centers, Process and Instrumentation Controls, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system design, and Security and Networking Design. All engineering work associated with this contract must be reviewed, approved, and stamped by a licensed Professional Engineer (PE). The PE shall ensure that all designs, calculations, and documentation comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations. The PE's approval and stamp certify the technical accuracy and adequacy of the engineering work and serve as a validation of its safety and compliance.

  • False Statements Contractor represents and warrants that all statements and information prepared and submitted by Contractor in this Contract and any related Solicitation Response are current, complete, true, and accurate. Contractor acknowledges any false statement or material misrepresentation made by Contractor during the performance of this Contract or any related Solicitation is a material breach of contract and may void this Contract. Further, Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that any false representation or any failure to comply with a representation, warranty, or certification made by Contractor is subject to all civil and criminal consequences provided at law or in equity including, but not limited to, immediate termination of this Contract.

  • Final Report The goal of this subtask is to prepare a comprehensive Final Report that describes the original purpose, approach, results, and conclusions of the work performed under this Agreement. The CAM will review the Final Report, which will be due at least two months before the Agreement end date. When creating the Final Report Outline and the Final Report, the Recipient must use the Style Manual provided by the CAM.
