General Scope and Intent. 1. As set forth more fully below, the SWRDS Finance Committee is intended to promote coordination, communication and cooperation among DWR and Contractors regarding SWRDS financial policies, work plans and reports. More specifically, the SWRDS Finance Committee is expected to provide the formal guidance necessary to effectively coordinate and execute comprehensive financial management of SWRDS.
2. The SWRDS Finance Committee inis not intended or expected to address specific SWRDS budget line items, individual project budgets or individual transactions, but rather shall address those financial matters that are broad in scope and applicability.
General Scope and Intent. (1) The intent of the program is to maximize energy and operational cost savings, and leverage those savings to progress on the Customer’s facility electrification and decarbonization goals as well as accomplish other related facility improvements as needed. This program will prioritize local labor wherever feasible in the delivery and implementation of energy improvements.
(2) The general scope of the program will include, but is not limited to, the following improvements to Customer facilities and infrastructure:
(A) Solar Photovoltaics (PV), battery storage, microgrids, and related electrical infrastructure
(i) ▇▇▇ will make all reasonable efforts to secure Net Energy Metering 2.0 (NEM2) eligibility for Solar PV as a part of this program
(B) Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure
(C) Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems (D) Domestic water heaters
