General Responses. (a) Issue a Public Notice of Drought Conditions on water demand and supply in the newspaper. This Notice will include a list of water use curtailment measures. (b) Require customers of the Commission to comply with the listed water-use restrictions in all categories while severe drought conditions exist within the Commission’s service area. (c) Provide written information to the SCDNR concerning conservation efforts and water use restrictions, if any.
