General Reporting. Provider’s obligation to provide Reports Without limiting any other provisions of this Agreement, the Provider must provide as required by the Department from time to time: specific Reports on: the Services, including the progress of the Services under this Agreement and against any performance criteria; and the financial status of the Provider; and a suitably qualified, informed and authorised representative at any meeting arranged by the Department in order to discuss and accurately answer questions relating to the Reports referred to at clause 125(a).
