General Reading Books. Medical and Specialty Reference Books, Software, Audio, Video, & Small Electronics The Bookstore will issue refunds in the original form of payment if returned in the original condition, with an original receipt and within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Opened software, audio books, DVDs, CDs, music and small electronics may not be returned for a refund but can be exchanged for the same item if defective.
