Common use of General Project Services Clause in Contracts

General Project Services. During all phases of the Project, Construction Manager shall perform the following services under the Contract for Construction, which shall collectively be referred to as the “General Project Services”: 3.3.1 Provide all services required to complete its services and the Work in good and workmanlike, expeditious and economical manner, consistent with the Contract for Construction and the best interests of Owner. 3.3.2 Endeavor to develop, implement and maintain, in consultation with Owner, Professional, and the subcontractors, a spirit of cooperation, collegiality, and open communication among the Project team so that the goals and objectives of each are clearly understood, potential problems are resolved promptly, and, upon completion, the Project is deemed a success by all Project team members. 3.3.3 Perform its services in accordance with Project schedule requirements.
