General Pricing For Services. For Services provided on a basis other than as described in 3.1(a), Contractor shall be compensated for the Services rendered by Contractor pursuant to the rates set forth in Exhibit C. The respective equipment and personnel rates set forth in Exhibit C shall be in effect from the time the equipment and personnel are in place at location ready for performance of the Services and ending on the day the equipment is rigged down and released.
