General Overtime Note. The employee will have the option of selecting payment for overtime at the appropriate premium rate or the equivalent time off at the appropriate premium calculation to be taken at a time jointly agreed to within the three (3) months following the overtime being performed. Any time off that is not taken within the three (3) months following the overtime worked will be automatically paid out at the appropriate premium rate at which the overtime was incurred. The maximum amount of time an employee may maintain will be equivalent to forty (40) hours.
