General Oversight. (a) When there are multiple entities involved in the administration of the Global Commitment to Health Medicaid Demonstration, AHS must maintain authority, accountability, and oversight of the program. AHS must exercise oversight of all delegated functions to the Intragovernmental Partners and any other contracted entities.
