General Management Services. (a) Advisor shall manage or supervise all aspects of the Funds’ operations, including transfer agency, dividend disbursing, legal, accounting, administrative and shareholder services. These services may be provided by Advisor or by third-party service providers, such as custodians, transfer agents and fund administrators.
