GENERAL LAB GUIDELINES. The followings are preliminary general guidelines set by Landlord for the operation of laboratory space at the Building. Landlord reserves the right to change, amend, add, or delete any part or the whole of these guidelines at any time. Specific guidelines regarding chemical, biological, lab and radiation safety are the responsibility of the Tenant. Each laboratory is required to have a complete Health and Safety Plan and a designated Officer. Tenant must obtain and keep current all necessary permits and licenses from the appropriate governmental authorities.
