General Interpretative Principles. For purposes of this Agreement, except as otherwise expressly provided or unless the context otherwise requires: (a) The use of the singular form includes the plural, and the use of the plural form includes the singular. (b) The use of any gender herein shall be deemed to include the other gender. (c) The captions and headings used in this Agreement are inserted for convenience only and do not constitute part of this Agreement and are in no way intended to describe, interpret, define or limit the scope or content of this Agreement or any provision of this Agreement. (d) The term “include” or “including” and similar phrases shall mean including without limitation.
