General Grading. The Subdivider shall establish, maintain or cause to be maintained, whether or not the Subdivider is then the owner of the Land, the elevations and grades on all lots and blocks as shown on the Plan in accordance with the General Grading Plan which has been accepted in accordance with the said Subdivision Agreement at all times until the Works have been assumed by a By-law of the County as contemplated by paragraph 54 of said Subdivision Agreement.

  • Grading The coarse aggregate as delivered to the mixer, shall be well graded as per IS specifications. Maximum size of aggregate used for the work shall be 20mm or 40mm or as specified in items in the bill of quantities and it shall confirm to IS: 383-1970, clause 4.2 (Table-2) However, the exact gradation required to produce a dense concrete of specified strength and desired workability shall be decided as per laboratory test by the Engineer.   • Wet Weather In the event of wet weather, work in the open will continue until the particular work in hand can no longer be done safely and efficiently. Whilst it is raining, employees will be required to: Continue to work under cover or relocate to alternative work under cover, on site. Obtain materials and services for employees working under cover where there is only minimal exposure to inclement weather. When required, perform emergency and safety work. In addition, work on unexpected breakdowns, which can be corrected in limited time duration. Should a portion of the project be affected by wet weather, all other employees not so affected shall continue working in accordance with award conditions, regardless that some employees may be entitled to cease work due to wet weather. If a halt to productive work occurs due to inclement weather, the parties agree that employees may be relocated to other unaffected sites. Where the above steps are not possible, affected employees may be required to attend tool box meetings, work planning sessions or skills development activities, all of which will count as productive time for payment purposes.

  • Reduction in scope of agreement for fault 19.1.1 If the Grantee does not comply with an obligation under this Agreement and the Commonwealth believes that the non‐compliance is incapable of remedy, or if the Grantee has failed to comply with a notice to remedy, the Commonwealth may by written notice reduce the scope of the Agreement. 19.1.2 The Grantee agrees, on receipt of the notice of reduction, to: (a) stop or reduce the performance of the Grantee’s obligations as specified in the notice; (b) take all available steps to minimise loss resulting from the reduction; (c) continue performing any part of the Activity or the Agreement not affected by the notice if requested to do so by the Commonwealth; (d) report on, and return any part of the Grant to the Commonwealth, or otherwise deal with the Grant, as directed by the Commonwealth. 19.1.3 In the event of reduction under clause 19.1.1, the amount of the Grant will be reduced in proportion to the reduction in the scope of the Agreement.

  • Classrooms The Board shall be responsible for maintaining a standard of cleanliness in each teacher’s classroom.

  • Cheating Cheating is prohibited, and will result in immediate action and termination without compensation.
