Common use of General Development Clause in Contracts

General Development. Any development of the Project on the Project Site shall be conducted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Developer's development of the Project Site, shall be subject to City's building standards, Design Review process, and applicable rules and regulations.
